1. Non-Refundable Donations:
- All charities made to PERF Trust are generally non-refundable. We deeply appreciate your support and want to inform you that, in most circumstances, we are unable to offer refunds for charities/donations once they have been processed.
2. Exceptional Refund Cases:
- While charities are typically non-refundable, PERF Trust recognizes certain exceptional circumstances that may warrant a refund consideration. These circumstances may include accidental duplicate donations, technical errors during the donation process, or other rare occurrences. Refund requests based on these exceptional cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Request Procedure:
- Should you believe that an exceptional circumstance applies to your donation and wish to request a refund, please write an email from the same mail id that was used while making the donation, to our Team within 5 working days of the donation date. It should clearly state the reason and attach the online receipt that they might have received while making the donation. To assist us in processing your request promptly, kindly provide your donation receipt, date of donation, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request. No refund requests via any other mode other than the one stated above shall be considered/entertained
4. Refund Processing:
- If a refund is approved for an exceptional case, PERF Trust will endeavor to process the refund in a timely manner. Refunds will generally be issued using the same method as the original donation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
5. Donor Support:
- Your contribution means a lot to us and directly supports our initiatives. Even if a refund cannot be granted based on our policy, we want to express our sincere gratitude for your support and commitment to PERF Trust and our mission.
6. Policy Updates:
- PERF Trust reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or other relevant channels.
7. Legal Compliance:
